Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) will host an informational meeting regarding the United States Military Service Academy nomination and appointment process for the 2010 academic year. The informational meeting will take place from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Monday, September 21st at Napoleon High School, located at 701 Briarheath Drive. At the meeting, potential candidates will be advised of the Congressman's nomination process and meet with representatives from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, U.S. Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and the Merchant Marine Academy. Potential candidates can also obtain an application for a military service academy nomination at the meeting. Completed applications are due September 30th. Students who cannot attend the meeting or with questions can call 1-800-541-6446 for additional information. |
