Latta Responds to Latest Obamacare Delay on Small-Business Exchanges

Washington, DC, September 26, 2013 | Laura Strange (202-225-6405)

Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement today regarding the Administration’s recent delay for the online enrollment in coverage on the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) exchanges:

“Just five days before individuals are scheduled to begin signing up for the health care exchanges, the Administration announced yet another delay in what has been a series of delays, further demonstrating that despite the three years the Administration had to implement the law, Obamacare is not ready for primetime – and in my opinion, it will never be ready. While the Administration continues to pick winners and losers by handing out waivers and delays, millions of hardworking Americans have not been granted such relief from the negative impacts of this law. I will continue to work to protect hardworking Americans from this massively flawed law.”
