Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement shortly after the House passed a resolution to keep the government open:

“I have heard from my constituents, and they have clearly expressed that they want Obamacare shut down, not the government. I supported the amendments brought to the House floor to keep the government open while protecting hardworking Americans from the negative impacts of Obamacare, and also legislation to ensure that our servicemen and servicewomen receive the pay that they so rightly deserve should the Senate not pass a continuing resolution prior to the end of the fiscal year.”
