Latta Lauds Net Neutrality Decision

D.C. Circuit Court Partially Strikes Down FCC Net Neutrality Regulations

Washington, January 15, 2014 | Ryan Walker (202-225-6405)

Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement on today’s decision by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to vacate portions of the FCC’s Open Internet Order.

“Today the court affirmed that the FCC’s net neutrality regulations were truly a solution in search of a problem.”  Latta continued by adding, “with this decision, the Internet will continue to be the final frontier of free enterprise, innovation, and job creation—it should not be stifled with burdensome government regulations.”
