This week, Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH5) was ranked among the most effective lawmakers in Congress according to the Center for Effective Lawmaking (CEL). CEL uses fifteen different indicators to form a Legislative Effectiveness Score (LES) that ranks Members of Congress. According to CEL, Latta ranked in the top 15% of effective House Republicans in the 117th Congress (29th out of 222).
