Latta's SELF DRIVE Act Receives Energy and Commerce Subcommittee Hearing

Today, Congressman Bob Latta (OH-5) participated in a House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade hearing to discuss the draft of his bill, the Safely Ensuring Lives Future Deployment and Research in Vehicle Evolution Act of 2026 (SELF DRIVE Act). Co-drafted by Congressman Latta and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-6), the bipartisan legislation would establish a national safety and regulatory framework for autonomous vehicle technology.
