Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH) released the following statement regarding the death of Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith, a victim of the tragedy in Chattanooga, TN. "Our prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith, who was killed while serving his country. In this tragedy, we are reminded of the dedication and the sacrifices of Randall Smith, and all of our brave servicemen and women who dedicate their lives to preserving the freedoms we hold dear.
