Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement after Perrysburg resident, Don Yi, arrived safely home from South Korea.

“We’re all extremely grateful that Don Yi, a veteran and small business owner, is back on American soil. My office has been in touch with Mr. Yi during this process and was engaged with the appropriate federal agencies and officials while he was in South Korea. Ultimately, we’re all glad Mr. Yi has been allowed to return home. I’d like to thank all of the members of the Perrysburg community who reached to my office right away after Mr. Yi’s first Facebook post. That sort of community bond is inspiring, and it’s emblematic of why Northwest Ohio is such a great place to live.”
