Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH) will hold three listening sessions for veterans throughout Ohio’s Fifth Congressional District today, following recent revelations about delays in care at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). These events are an opportunity for Congressman Latta to hear veterans’ concerns and experiences with the VA, as well as any other issues they may be experiencing. Staff will also be on-site to assist with casework. 

“Recent revelations about the VA’s mishandling of veterans’ care are absolutely unacceptable,” said Latta. “We owe our veterans an enormous debt of gratitude, and we must do everything in our power to ensure they receive the care they have earned in service to our country. This situation demands immediate attention, and these listening sessions will provide an opportunity for me to hear from our veterans about the issues they’re having with the VA, so we can rectify them as quickly as possible.”
