Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) released the following statement regarding this morning’s meeting of the Internet of Things Working Group.

“Today’s roundtable fostered a robust discussion between Members of Congress and stakeholders about the Internet of Things and the benefits it brings for nearly every sector of our economy. At the same time, potential obstacles and challenges were also discussed. This opening meeting is the first step in identifying the most effective way forward in encouraging innovation while ensuring bulky regulations don’t slow down the development of life-improving technology. I’m optimistic our discussions will continue to be productive and will yield a workable blueprint for how Congress approaches the Internet of Things.”
