WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) was honored as a ‘Guardian of Small Business’ today by the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), a leading national small business association. Latta was presented with the award due to his strong small business record in the 114th Congress.

“Small businesses are economic engines, creating seven out of every ten new jobs,” said Latta. “To get our economy fully back on track, we need to support our job creators by instituting policies that cut bureaucratic red tape, provide more regulatory certainty, and simplify our convoluted tax code. I’m honored to receive this award from the NFIB recognizing my steadfast support for hardworking men and women in Ohio and around the country, and I’ll continue to back legislation that creates an economic environment where they can thrive.”
